(1) These general terms and conditions (“GTC”) apply to all contracts concluded between you and Fiber Store via our online shop, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Fiber Store does not accept any deviating or conflicting terms unless they have been expressly agreed to in writing.
(2) These GTC apply only to transactions with entrepreneurs, governmental entities, or special governmental estates.
(1) The presentation of products and services in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but serves as an invitation for you to place an order.
(2) You can add products to your shopping cart without any obligation and modify your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction tools provided during the order process.
(3) By clicking “Confirm Order,” you submit a binding offer for the purchase of the goods listed in your order summary. A contract between you and Fiber Store comes into effect as soon as we accept your order through an order confirmation or dispatch of the goods. Please check your spam folder for any correspondence.
(4) If you need to correct any order details after receiving your order confirmation, you must promptly inform Fiber Store in writing via email, and such corrections can only be made if confirmed by our sales team.
(5) The exclusive language for the contract will be English. Any translations of these GTC into other languages are for reference only. In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
You can place your desired goods in the shopping cart and modify quantities or remove items at any time. To cancel your order, you may simply close the browser window. By clicking “Confirm Order,” your declaration becomes binding as outlined in 2(3) of these GTC above.
You will receive an email containing essential contractual information and the details of the goods ordered after your order is accepted. Fiber Store does not store the contract text for you.
(1) Prices include applicable VAT and packaging and delivery fees, unless otherwise agreed. For export deliveries, customs duties and other public charges may apply.
(2) Payments are due immediately after placing the order. The available payment methods include Advance Payment, listed on our website. More information can be found on the payment methods page of our website.
6. Retention of Title
(1) The products remain the property of Fiber Store until full payment is made. If payment is overdue by more than 10 days, Fiber Store reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and reclaim the goods.
(2) You may resell the goods in the ordinary course of business, with any resulting claims being assigned to Fiber Store up to the amount of the invoice. Even after such assignment, you may still collect the claim, provided you are not in default or under insolvency proceedings. If the value of the assigned claims exceeds Fiber Store’s claims by more than 10%, we are obligated to release securities at your request.
(1) Unless otherwise agreed, Fiber Store will determine the appropriate mode of shipment and select the carrier.
(2) Free shipping is available exclusively for Fiber Store users on bulk orders. For deliveries outside of North Macedonia, customs duties and additional public charges may apply.
(3) Risk passes to you upon handover of the goods. If you pick up the goods, the risk passes upon receipt.
(4) You may also pick up goods at Fiber Store’s location during business hours, upon previous agreement.
(5) Damage during transport must be reported to Fiber Store promptly. If delays occur, please notify us immediately, and we will guide you through the remedy process
(1) You may only offset claims against Fiber Store if they are legally recognized or undisputed.
(2) A right of retention can only be exercised if it arises from the same contract.
(1) In case of defects, you may request supplementary performance, either through defect removal or replacement. Fiber Store reserves the right to choose the form of supplementary performance. If unsuccessful, you may reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.
(2) Any additional guarantees are provided as per product-specific details on our website.
(3) The warranty period is 12 months from receipt of goods.
(4) Fiber Store offers a 30-day return or replacement service for products returned in like-new condition. You are responsible for any diminished value if goods are handled beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
(1) Fiber Store is liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages. These exclusions do not apply to personal injury or under product liability laws.
(2) Fiber Store is not liable for internet-related errors or service interruptions.
(3) The same limitations apply to Fiber Store’s legal representatives and vicarious agents.
If third-party claims arise due to a violation of property rights or copyrights relating to Fiber Store’s products, we must be notified immediately, and Fiber Store will handle all negotiations and legal matters at its own expense.
All confidential information and company secrets disclosed during the contractual relationship must be kept confidential, and this obligation continues after the contract ends.
Products supplied by Fiber Store are intended for use within the agreed country of delivery. Re-exporting may require licenses and is subject to applicable foreign trade regulations.
